  1. 01 What does a StayReady property setup include?

    Design support from a dedicated HostGPO designer, sourcing across eight sourcing categories at member pricing, receiving and assembly onsite by StayReady crews, and guest-ready staging with an inspection and photos before the first booking.

  2. 02 Is design included, or do we bring our own plan?

    Design support is included through our HostGPO membership. If you already have a plan, StayReady works from it and handles sourcing, receiving, assembly, and staging.

  3. 03 Does a setup cover a property that is already partly furnished?

    Yes. Conversions from long term and full refreshes are scoped the same way as a new launch: the design phase decides what stays, what is replaced, and what is added, and the property is staged and photographed to the same guest-ready standard at the end.

  4. 04 How long does a setup take?

    Every setup is scoped per property, and the schedule is set with you at the design phase. Lead times depend on what is being sourced and when the property is available for delivery and assembly.

  5. 05 What happens after the setup is complete?

    The property moves into Turnover Readiness. The crews that staged it run the turnovers, and every visit closes with a checklist record and photos. StayReady runs field execution for you or for your management company.
