   A cleaner handles one part of the operation. A vendor list leaves you responsible for coordinating multiple providers, tracking follow-through, and managing the gaps between them.

3. 03 Does StayReady use subcontractors?

   StayReady operates its own field teams for cleaning, linen, general maintenance, and exterior services. Day-to-day property work is completed directly by StayReady crews rather than routed through a vendor marketplace or dispatch network.

   Our maintenance teams handle general repairs and diagnose plumbing, electrical, appliance, access, and property condition issues. Licensed trades are coordinated only when the work legally or technically requires specialized licensing.

   StayReady is not a dispatch service. We are the field execution layer responsible for getting the work completed.

4. 04 How does StayReady handle issues found at a property?

   Every turnover and inspection is completed with checklist records and photo documentation.

   Guest-facing issues, property damage, maintenance concerns, access problems, and supply shortages are reported with severity, photos, and property context. Each issue is then routed to the appropriate StayReady department for review, dispatch, and resolution.

   Clients enrolled in our end-to-end property readiness package receive access to the StayReady maintenance pool, allowing our team to address eligible issues before the next check-in whenever timing and scope allow.

   Operators can see the condition of the property, what was reported, and what action was taken, rather than receiving only a note that a task was completed.
