Where Portfolio Operations Break Down
Most management companies add properties faster than they add field capacity. The same problems show up at almost every size.
Too many vendors.
Cleaners, a handyman, a laundry service, a snow contractor. Your team coordinates all of them and covers the gaps between them.
Inconsistent results.
The same checklist gets executed differently by different people, and owners notice.
No clear record.
When an owner asks about a property, the answer is in a text thread or a photo on someone's phone.
Peak weekends.
Same-day turns, linen, and supplies all have to land in the same window, and one miss affects the next guest.
Your team keeps the owners, the guests, pricing, and revenue.
StayReady handles what happens at the property.

A Record for Every Property
Your team sees what happened at the property without chasing the field. Here is how one turn moves from checkout to check-in.
-
Reservation In
The reservation reaches StayReady through your software, so the turn is on the schedule before the guest checks out.
-
Reset to One Standard
Linen and supplies are staged for the property, and the crew resets it to the same checklist used across your portfolio.
-
Checked and Photographed
Every turnover and inspection closes with a checklist record and photos.
-
Issues Routed
Anything found is reported with severity, photos, and property context, then routed to the right StayReady department.
-
Ready, With the Record
The property is ready for the guest, and your team can answer an owner without calling the field.
One Field Team Across Eight Categories
StayReady crews do the work directly. There is no marketplace and no dispatch network in between. Licensed trades come in only where the work legally requires them.

Property Management FAQs
01 Does StayReady replace our property management team?
No. StayReady is not a property management company and does not compete with one. Your company keeps owner relationships, guest communication, pricing, revenue, and every management decision. StayReady runs field execution at the property.
02 Can StayReady work with our existing software?
Yes. Reservations reach StayReady through our software partners, and turns are scheduled from your booking calendar. Your team does not need to submit each job by hand.
03 How do you handle properties with different owner requirements?
Scope is set per property at onboarding, including which turnover components, linen, restocking, and maintenance support each property receives. The checklist standard stays the same across the portfolio, which is what keeps results consistent.
04 What happens when a crew finds an issue during a turn?
The crew documents it with photos and a severity level, and it goes to the right StayReady department for review and dispatch. For properties in the StayReady Maintenance Program, eligible issues can be handled before the next check-in when timing and scope allow.
05 Which markets can you support?
StayReady works across Denver Metro and Boulder, along the Colorado Front Range, and in select mountain markets such as Evergreen, Nederland, and Black Hawk. Availability depends on market, portfolio size, and scope.
