Field Operations for Colorado Mountain Vacation Rentals

StayReady™ runs turnover cleaning and field operations for vacation rentals in eight Colorado mountain communities, from the foothills above Denver to Breckenridge. The standard does not change by market. The planning starts earlier, because weather, access, and the season decide how a mountain day runs.

The Foothills

The closest mountain communities to Denver, reached on I-70 and US 285. Evergreen, Conifer, and Pine are unincorporated, so short term rental licensing runs through Jefferson County rather than a town hall.

  1. Evergreen

Mountain homes on wooded lots, many with long driveways and decks that see real weather. Evergreen is the shortest drive in the mountain tier, and winter access is planned around driveway plowing and conditions on Highway 74.

    Jefferson County
  2. Conifer

Off US 285, with properties spread across hillsides and forest roads. Conifer turns are routed with Evergreen and Pine, and snow on the 285 corridor is built into the schedule rather than discovered on the day.

    Jefferson County
  3. Pine

Further down the 285 corridor, with cabins and larger homes on rural lots. Lead times run longer than Conifer, and seasonal work such as winterization and spring opening is booked well ahead.

The I-70 Corridor

Idaho Springs and Georgetown sit right off I-70, where weekend ski traffic shapes the day more than distance does. Both regulate short term rentals locally.

  1. Idaho Springs

A historic mountain town in Clear Creek County, with rentals near downtown and up the side canyons. The city licenses short term rentals, and turns are timed around I-70 traffic on peak ski weekends.

    Clear Creek County
  2. Georgetown

Higher up the corridor, with Victorian era homes and narrow streets. The town limits short term rentals by ward, and winter turns are planned for snow on the streets and steep access.

Peak to Peak

Nederland and Black Hawk sit along the Peak to Peak Highway, each reached from the Front Range by a canyon road.

  1. Nederland

Above Boulder Canyon, with cabins and mountain homes on wooded lots. The town licenses short term rentals, and turns are scheduled with extra time built in for the canyon.

    Boulder County
  2. Black Hawk

In Gilpin County, up Clear Creek Canyon from Golden. Turns here are scheduled around canyon access and winter road conditions, with the same checklist and photo record as every other market.

Summit County

  1. Breckenridge

Breckenridge is the busiest ski market StayReady serves, where peak weeks stack turns onto the same days. See how we run Breckenridge vacation rental cleaning, from licensed unit economics to peak week planning.
